Where and When is the 2022 Annual ATS Research Program Benefit being held?
The Annual ATS Research Program Benefit is always Saturday of the conference (May 14th). This year, we have a new time slot just after the Opening Session – 6 pm – 7:30 pm. Everyone will be in the Marriott Marquis San Francisco (HQ HOTEL) – Yerba Buena Ballroom.
How do I register for the Benefit?
You can purchase your ticket or table package with logo recognition as part of your registration for the ATS 2022 International Conference. You can even use a different credit card if you'd like. If you have questions, you can email Michelle at mturenne@thoracic.org for help.
What should I expect?
We recognize how important this opportunity to reconnect with your colleagues is, so we've eliminated the formal program to help you make the most of your networking time, while enjoying light refreshments.
Where do I pick up my ticket?
Your ATS 2022 conference badge will serve as your ticket to the event. The badge will identify you as a guest and ensures a faster check-in. Otherwise, our event staff can confirm your name on the guest list.
Is there a dress code?
There is no required dress code, however, most attendees dress in business attire.
